Brand knowledge becomes far more valuable when it can be accessed, understood, tested and improved consistently by the people who represent it every day.
Developed for Dockers, this mobile learning product was designed as a full e-learning platform for store staff. The project brought together company history, brand culture, product range, store image, collections and campaign content within a single mobile environment built to support ongoing education across retail teams.
The goal was not simply to make information available, but to turn brand knowledge into a structured learning system that staff could use more easily and more consistently in day-to-day operations. Lime or Lemon combined UI/UX design and mobile development to create an experience that made educational content easier to access, easier to navigate and more practical in real working contexts.
The platform also included test-based learning and a point-driven progression model, allowing personnel to complete assessments, improve their performance and gain scores through ongoing engagement. Learning outcomes could be reported across country, city and store-level breakdowns, turning the product into a measurable education infrastructure rather than a static training tool.

Used across Dockers stores in Asia, Europe and the United States, the platform extended beyond a local staff app and became a globally deployed internal learning system. The result was a more engaging and more accountable education experience that also helped reduce training costs while strengthening consistency across content, performance tracking and brand knowledge. The project was also recognized as the most innovative project within Levi’s globally, reinforcing its value not only as a training product, but as a standout digital initiative at an international brand level.
