Effective staff training depends on more than content. It requires a system that makes learning clear, engaging and easy to access across teams.
For IKEA, Lime or Lemon developed an animated training series and a dedicated e-learning platform designed to support staff education through a more engaging, accessible and well-structured digital experience.
The project responded to a clear internal need: making educational materials easier to follow, more consistent across teams and more aligned with IKEA’s emphasis on clarity, usability and well-designed systems. To address this, we brought together motion design, educational content and platform development within a single environment tailored to IKEA’s internal learning needs.
Our role covered both the production of informative animated lectures and the development of the platform that organized and delivered this material through a clear, user-friendly interface. By combining motion-based content with a custom-built learning system, the project turned staff education into a more coherent and scalable digital experience.
The result was a structured training product that supported stronger engagement with learning materials, improved consistency across internal education content and demonstrated our ability to integrate content, design and technology within one cohesive digital solution.
